Ron & Sylvia are pastors of the Church Christ Global Church at 750 story Road in San Jose. They have been involved in the work of Recovery, Mentorship, Counseling, for more than 30 years of experience. The solid group of their faith brought them to conduct Faith-based programs, individual & group session, where the efficiency of the spoken Word of God" brought forth result: to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound" (Isaiah 61.1). However, while many in this world feel orphan, abandoned, misunderstood, Ron and Sylvia have extended this huge work of restoration through UPPER ROOM as a bridge of resources, of outreach and of love extended to those who suffer as they support them in their journey. 

Many of Upper Room team come from difficult background. But because they have been set free by the Power of God, the Power of His Word, the Power of Love reached to them, and by their openness and willingness to cooperate in Faith-based programs, they put into practice by giving back help, encouragement, counseling to those in need.
